"Painted Wall" Colorado Black Canyon of the Gunnison Painting
An original 9x12" pastel painting of the Painted Wall at Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.
Framed option will be framed in a black wooden frame, with spacers and premium non-glare glass, wired and ready to hang. Unframed painting will be shipped protected with a layer of glassine paper between two rigid boards.

Framing tips for pastels:
Frame behind glass, not acrylic or polystyrene. The static from plastic-type glazing will pull the pastel dust away from the paper.
Pastels must not touch the glass, or they will smear. Use a mat or framing spacer.
If matting, put some foam core or a spacer between the painting and the mat. This will prevent pastel dust from falling in front of the mat, discoloring it.
