Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who owns these designs?

    ​​I do! All artwork on my site is my own creation, no AI tools used.
     

  • Do you work with overseas manufacturers?

    All Lionheart Graphics items, including prints, postcards, stickers, magnets, greeting cards, and ornaments are manufactured in the USA or Canada, and in NYS as much as possible.​
     

  • Do you teach classes?

    Ocassionally, but not often. Subscribers to my newsletter will get the news first when I decide to offer a class or workshop. You can also watch my painting videos on my YouTube channel.
     

  • Do you take commissions?

    Yes! Get in touch with me HERE if you'd like to discuss scheduling a custom poster or painting.
     

  • Where can I see or shop your art in person?

    Check out my list of galleries, shops, and in-person events HERE.
     

  • Can I buy my painting unframed, or change the frame?

    Yes. Most painting shop listings have an unframed option. I do my own framing, so if you'd like a frame or mat option other than what is listed, reach out to me before you purchase as styles and prices can vary widely.
     

  • Do you paint in chalk pastel, or oil pastel?

    Neither. I use soft pastels which bear a resemblance to chalk, although they contain no chalk. They are a dry medium that is made of the same pigments that oil paints contain- minus the oil.
     

  • How long does it take for you to create a piece?

    That varies quite a bit depending on size, subject, and complexity. I also tend to work quicker when I am painting en plein air: I try to finish a painting in one sitting before the light changes too much, usually between 2 - 4 hours. When I am working on a painting in the studio, I may take longer to plan and sketch the piece, and work on it a little at a time over days or even weeks.
     

  • Do you offer installment payment plans?

  • Do you sell your poster items wholesale?

    I do- contact me with your resale certificate, and I will send you my private wholesale site information.

Shipping and Returns

Orders will ship via USPS or UPS within one week. Tracking will be provided when available.

  • Large 24"x36" posters, paintings, and customized items are non-returnable.

  • Returns and exchanges of other items in original condition will be accepted if contacted within 2 weeks of the order date, and returned within 2 weeks of approval of the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, as well as shipping on any exchanged items.

  • ​If an item arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item and the packaging, and save the damaged item and packaging in case of an insurance claim. Contact me for a refund or replacement, and provide photos.
