"Good Morning, World" Adirondack Tree Pastel Painting | Landscape Original Art - copy
An original pastel painting of rays of morning sun peeking through the leaves of a tree in early fall, when the leaves are just beginning to turn colors. Titled "Good Morning, World" for that "I can take on anything" feeling you sometimes wake up with. Painted on pastel paper mounted to archival foam board. May be framed in a black contemporary frame behind premium non-glare glass.
Framing tips for pastels:
- Frame behind glass, not acrylic or polystyrene. The static from plastic-type glazing will pull the pastel dust away from the paper.
- Pastels must not touch the glass, or they will smear. Use a mat or framing spacer.
- If matting, put some foam core or a spacer between the painting and the mat. This will prevent pastel dust from falling in front of the mat, discoloring it.
